Rebecca Viola

Rebecca has comprehensive experience in all aspects of family law; advising high net worth individuals on complex financial issues following separation and divorce, the negotiation of pre and post-nuptial agreements as well as all matters relating to children, including paternity, child arrangements, leave to remove and financial provision.    Rebecca also has experience in cases involving an element of domestic violence where there is a need for injunctions and fact-finding.

Rebecca is fluent in Italian and proficient in French. Her cases frequently have an international focus and often involve trusts, corporate structures and jurisdiction issues.  Rebecca is a member of the British Italian Law Association and Resolution and is a regular contributor to legal publications, including the Family Law Journal.
