Kelly Rotheram

Kelly has been our Chief Executive since September 2014, having previously performed the role of Head of Finance.

She is responsible for the setting and delivery of the firm’s strategic objectives. She works with all levels of staff and is eager to ensure everyone understands the firm’s vision, their role within it and are motivated to achieve the goals set for them.

She is committed to providing high quality legal services for all members of the local community. This ranges from premium legal services, which meet the requirements of busy professionals to socially responsible services, which are developed to meet the needs of low income families.

Both inside and outside of work, Kelly is a keen motivational speaker. She brings an energy and passion to the firm’s pursuit of providing access to justice for all, particularly in light of the government’s recent and continued Legal Aid cuts. Since joining Sternberg Reed, she has sought to build strong relationships with charities and other support organisations. Working together, we are able to provide all round support for our clients.

Before joining Sternberg Reed, Kelly spent 8 years at Russell Jones & Walker, initially as a Management Accountant, before becoming their Personal Injury Business Manager and ultimately a member of their Senior Management Team. In 2012 she managed the operational and financial aspects of RJW’s merger with Slater and Gordon, before leaving to join Sternberg Reed with a vision for increasing access to justice across East London and Essex.
